We send are items via Royal Mail, if you are not available to receive your item from Royal Mail when it is being delivered your item may be taken back to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office/Depot.  Royal Mail should leave a card saying how long they will keep it at the stated Post Office/Depot.  If you do not pick up your item within the stated period of time your item will returned to us.  It is the buyers responsibility to collect their undelivered item from the Stated Royal Mail Post Office/Depot.  In the event that your item is returned to us and require this to be sent to you again you will have to pay for postage.

Returns/Guarantees
Genuine new Saab parts are supplied with a 12 month warranty. Used parts are supplied with a 3 Month Warranty unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Refunds: In the unlikely event that a supplied item is faulty or incorrect a refund will be given once the item has been returned to Saab of Hertford. Buyer pays postage and shipping.
Fitted/Electrical parts cannot be returned.
