Should, for any reason, it not be possible for us to settle your complaint against us to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer the issue to Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Trade Sales Centre Ltd, t/a tsccars.co.uk is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from this scheme if Trade Sales Centre Ltd, t/a tsccars.co.uk cannot meet its obligations. This will depend on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. For claims arising as a result of insurance advising and arranging, the amount covered is 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.

Data relating to customers which is stored on a disc is password protected and you hereby authorize Trade Sales Centre Ltd, t/a tsccars.co.uk to permit a computer containing any such data relating to be removed from its premises if repairs or maintenance become necessary.
