spares or repair

been in the shed for a while, not been used since i came off it and now wont start, parts needed that i know of petrol cap, kick start, 1 mirror and a few screws from seat. tryed starting with electric start there was no power so put a new battery on it but it still wont start, but indicators and back lights work. tryed starting with the electric start but no power is getting to spark plug but i have noticed the relay is slightly rusty on the pins due to standing so could be that. as i dont know alot about bikes thats why im selling as spares or repair.... any questions il try and answer thanks for looking
