     We hold stock of ALL the sweets we sell, therefore if we show it for sale, we have it in stock, with the longest shelf life of probably any seller on ebay.

We send ALL our sweets in air tight/sealed bags (unless already packaged), in purpose made postage boxes to ensure that your sweets arrive in prestige condition.  

 We use industrial approved and verified/calibrated  weighing scales to ensure you get the correct amount.

ALL sweets come with a sticker attached, which includes the ingredients  the weight, our details, best before date. This Information is required by UK LAW.

Best Before Date : Please be aware that as we have such a vast turn over of confectionery, it is not possible to keep chaging the best before dates on every item. We purchase direct and as such obtain the longest possible shelf life, some up to two and a half years. Most confectionery tends to have a 'shelf' life of about 10-12 months, longer if a 'boiled' sweet, shorter if 'mallow' sweet, we are more than happy to email any BBD on request.

Postage rules concerning NON UK buyers :

It is strongly advised that you DO NOT purchase more than 1.8kg of sweets in any one order. The Reason?? you ask??

 ANYTHING shipped internationally from the UK, that weighs over 2 kg (2000grams) costs a small fortune as it must be sent with an international courier.

Should you wish to order more than 1.8kg, please CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASING.

We try and recycle packaging where possible, to lower our carbon footprint, which we feel is important.

*cheapest 200 gram will be granted as the free 200 grams, please note that you may still be charged the postage cost for the FREE item(s) you receive.

UK POSTAGE RULES AND CONDITIONS

200g - £1.40, 400g - £2.20, 600g - £3.00, 800g - £3.80, 1000g - £4.60, 1200g - £5.40, 1400g - £6.00, 1600g+ - £7.00

We endeavour to send ALL items out next working day, when possible, but, please allow upto 7 WORKING days for delivery (as per royal mail terms of postage).

Please be aware that sometimes we will send orders out in more than 1 package/parcel, this is quite normal and our standard practice, dependent on product and packaging.

We can not enter into any dispute of item not arriving until AFTER 7 working days from the date of item being sent.

All our postage for confectionery is paid for and printed through PAYPAL, and as such paypal keep records (as do we) regards to what has been sent and when, we have had to take a strong stance on ebayers who 'claim' not to have received their item(s) and we will (and do) take all action nessacery to track such items (including legal action).

If you require ANY item to arrive within this time scale/ by a certain date, please contact us BEFORE purchasing, to discuss delivery options. ANY additional postage costs needed to cover special and guaranteed delivery times, are to be paid by the customer (BEFORE any items are sent). If these costs are not paid, then the item(s) will be sent by our standard means. We treat ALL missing/lost/not recieved items as stolen, this is due to the fact that royal mail very rarely lose items, which means that unless their sorting machines have taken a likeness to sweets, a human being has them.

ALL postage costs include packaging, labour and any materails needed to be able to send an item out, as yet these costs are not free in the uk, we do not employ free staff or have free donations of boxes, tape, glue, printers,paper etc, if you do not feel the postage costs are fair...please look at others on ebay and you will see that we are by far one of the cheapest.

General terms and Conditions

ALL items must be paid for within 7 days of auction/sale end. We work on an automatic payment dispute system. Whereas on the 7th day of no payment a NON PAYMENT dispute is started and on the 15th day after, a NON PAYMENT STRIKE AND NEG- FEEDBACK are left, regardless of excuses, we do not wish to hear that your hamster ate your paypal account, your wife ran away with your cheque book. Simply put, if you cant afford to pay, DO NOT BUY. By clicking buy it now, you are entering a illegally binding contract to see the purchase through.

If we notice that you have over paid your order or postage, we will refund via PAYPAL only.
