We try to describe as accurately as possible all of our items, all items are however sold AS SEEN and there are NO RETURNS unless we have seriously mis-described or mis-represented the item.

We will combine multiple purchases to save you money on postage. 

All of our items are very carefully packed using new bubble wrap and custom made cardboard boxes. We make a very small charge for packing materials which is included in the quoted postal charge - we will not charge more that the quoted postal charge unless you request that we upgrade the method of postage. 

We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY for items lost, or damaged in the post, we keep records of all items posted for TWO MONTHS. In the rare event of an item becoming missing or lost in the post we will give all assistance and make claims to the Post Office on your behalf, successful claims for loss will only reflect the value of the item as the Post Office will not refund postal charges.

We expect payment within seven days of the end of the listing - if payment is not received within seven days we will report the matter to Ebay - THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
