All warranties are return to base.
Any shortages or breakages on delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Please do not leave negative feedback before giving us the opportunity to resolve any problem.
We will accept the return of any item provided it is returned unused within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item in the original packaging and will bear the cost of ALL carriage charges involved. A 10% charge will be deducted from the sale price to cover administration and re-listing fees. |
