About Us

Welcome to joinery3
At Joinery3 we manufacture all of our timber products to traditional standards and if required can design and produce to your specification. We aim to dispatch within 14 working days from cleared funds. Our products offer you quality and excellent value. We don't buy in and sell on, we manufacture to your order. Compare our specification to others for the price, such as timber quality, cladding thickness and whether mortice & tennon joints are used.
Joinery3 will be adding new timber products on a continued basis, be it for inside or out. Our aim being quality at a competitive price. Our products are supplied untreated and are manufactured in kiln dried Scandinavian Redwood. This material is a softwood and the term 'kiln dried' refers to an oven process to 'season' the timber.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials, labour and courier charge. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 14 working days or sooner. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. Delivery prices are for England, Wales and lower Scotland only. We can quote for Scotish Highlands and Ireland. Saturday delivery can also be arranged at extra cost. Where possible we will deliver to your schedule. Due to 'Third Party' courier service we can not guarantee the day or time of delivery. Please check our 'Terms' in 'Shop' pages for more details. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. Returns

All goods must be inspected for damage at time of delivery. Whenever possible goods must not be accepted if found to be damaged. In all events we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt if any damage has occured. Should you change your mind your unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days. Please ensure that as well as your receipt you include a covering note giving details of the reason for the returning of goods. The original carriage cost will not be refunded. Non standard / made to measure products are excluded from the 7 day return policy. Returned goods must be unused and where possible in the original packaging and in 'new' condition. We recommend that you retain all packaging until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. If the original packaging is not available you should use packaging that would provide similar protection. If you have ordered standard size doors or gates incorrectly, returned goods are subject to a 50% handling charge. If you have ordered non-standard / made to measure doors or gates incorrectly we can not accept returns or refund any payment. Returns are the buyers responsibility.
