Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within the UK  I will endevour to get your item in the post as soon as I have received payment but this will not always be humanly possible due to family commitments.

Please allow 14 days before contacting me complaining of non receipt of your items. I always keep a record of postage.

DAMAGES AND LOST ITEMS -  If any of the items you receive from me are damaged in the post, please be sure to KEEP all of the packaging and contents as this will be needed to validate any claims with the post office.
