MINT:   Brochures described as mint should appear as new. There are no visible marks, scuffs (no matter how light) or stains of any kind. Typically, Mint describes opened but as-new.

NM:   Near Mint condition brochures appear as mint on casual inspection, but may have one very slight, visible mark or very light scuffing or staining.

VGC:   Very Good Condition brochures may have several slight, visible marks or very light scuffing or staining.

GC+:   Good Condition Plus is an intermediate grade for brochures that fall short of VGC, but appear better than GC.

GC:   Good Condition is used to describe brochures that may be marked but have no loose pages, rips or tears and the spine, if any, should be intact.

GC-:   Good Condition Minus is for brochures failing to achieve GC. Explanation should be given.

Fair : Fair Condition brochures should be complete & legible but may have pages separated/torn/creased. Explanation should be given.
