*RETURNS POLICY*

Unused goods:
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from P.R.Engineering Ltd, you may return unused goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for equipment that shows any evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded, where we have sent the wrong goods in error. 
Please Note: We cannot offer refunds on Custom-made products, unless they are faulty. 

Faulty goods:
All goods come with a 12 month Warranty backed by the manufacturer. Some Stanley & Leica  products have extended 2 year warranty. (*Check website product info for details*)
If a product is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use, then the following action needs to be taken. For purchases under 30 days old, we will exchange the item at our expense. Please contact our Sales team on 0114 2509077 or sales@laser-level.co.uk to arrange an exchange. 

For purchases over 30 days old and less than 12 months old (or 2* years if applicable) - please send back the item to the address below. We will inspect the item & report back to you.
At our discretion, we will either: repair, replace or return the item to you (we return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault). If we judge the item to be faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when the item was returned.

Returning a product:
Send your Unused or Faulty product(s) to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address, contact tel. and invoice number. 
Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a reputable courier e.g. Business Post, Parcel Force etc for larger items and Royal Mail Signed-for or Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept NO responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. 

Please note : If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you.
