SUPERB QUALITY SOLID SILVER CIGARETTE CASE

This elegant solid silver cigarette case was assayed in Birmingham in 1928/29 by Silversmiths J.W. Tiptaft & Sons.

The case measures 8.5cm x 7.5cm and weighs an impressive 110g.

The engine turned design is on both front and back. The front also has a vacant cartouche.

The quality continues inside with a gilt finish and a metal elasticated band.

The case is curved to fit comfortably in a pocket.

Condition is good with some fine surface pocket wear commensurate with age and use.

This is a high quality item and would make a prestigious addition to any collection or indeed for personal use.
