WHAT A LOVELY HIGH QUALITY SAUCE/GRAVY BOAT!

Here we have a quite splendid solid silver boat of very large size.

A most beautiful piece,it is of excellent weight and gauge!

Its pedestal foot is most eye catching.

It is assayed in 1960-year letter e.  

It is made in London,maker's mark is for JLC.

It has deep and clear hallmarks to base.

Actual silver weight is a sublime 252ams (8.10 ounces)!

The condition is FANTASTIC!!

For reference sauce boat is 4 inches in height and 3.5 inches in diameter,Length is 7.25 inches,it is thus of a very generous size.

A lovely piece of silver,it sits on an oval shaped pedestal base as opposed to the conventional three feet variety.  

A stunning and heavy piece for its size!

It is unengraved and always has been,definitely no erasures either. 

IN NEED OF A GOOD HOME WHERE IT CAN BE USED EVERY DAY.

PERFECT FOR USE THIS CHRISTMAS.

This exquisite piece is of the highest quality and well worth owning.
