This is a super Victorian tinware and brass cream skimmer.It measures 7 inches in diameter and the brass handle is 4.5 inches in height.The cream skimmer is in pretty good original condition and probably dates to about 1880-1900.These skimmers are prety comon just in tinware but are much scarcer with the brass strap handle.This would grace any collection or sit very well in any period or contemporary setting.
