A stunning continental majolica centrepiece featuring a forest green basket and an abundance of apples and lemons topped by a lush looking pear.

The piece is obviously continental, probably Italian or French, possibly by Sarreguemires as the item is similar to several pieces I have seen from that factory.

In good condition for its vintage years with just one small chip to the tip of one of the leaves.

Looks fabulous on display, very kitsch and extremely jolly.
