 Hand Made by Renowned Navajo Silversmith SUNSHINE REEVES

Sunshine is the younger brother of renowned silversmith Gary Reeves and of David Reeves, who was so instrumental in teaching the craft to both Gary and Sunshine, as well as their half-brothers Darrel and Andy Cadman. Sunshine's work, like that of his brother Gary, is present in the collections of the Heard Museum in Phoenix and he has won numerous awards for his work, including "Best in Show" at the 1997 Prestigious SANTA FE Indian Market. Sunshine's work is also displayed at the Indian Arts and Cultural Museum in Santa Fe, the Peabody Museum, and at Harvard University.

Sunshine has set a Magnificent Natural Chinese Turquoise stone is his world renowned hand stamped silver work. This is a Sunshine Reeves Hand Stamped Sterling Old Revival Style Cross Brooch. Sunshine has cleverly inlisted the use of a screw bolt as fastener, as they are tradtionally worn through a button hole. Measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter.
