What did we all do before we had alarm clocks?

We awoke naturally with the sunrise and we started winding down and thinking about sleeping when the light faded and the sun set. The most natural way to sleep has to be in tune with our natural body rhythms.

In fact our body clocks are naturally conditioned to setting our sleep and wake patterns to sunrise and sunset triggers.
