BNIB 

New Item in Packaging Unopened with 1 year warranty

BGRADE

Manufacturers Return, as new or may have minor cosmetic damage, have missing accessory or differ from New. Any of which shall be clearly stated in the listing. Generally with 1 year warranty, sometimes with limited warranty stated in the listing

PREOWNED

This item could be exchanged goods, private treaty belonging to an individual or purchased as part of job lot, liquidated sale. Generally with no warranty but checked to be of good working order and stated so in the listing

WARRANTY

1 YEAR

Standard 1 year Return to Base Manufacturers warranty unless Warranty card has been completed and sent to manufacturer or where by Manufacturer/Importer provides customer service line in which case we recommend if you experience problems to call the manufacturers Customer service line.

 DOA

Dead On Arrival. In the case of electronic goods with limited warranty we shall replace the goods if they do not power up and perform the function that they were intended to do. With regards to BGRADE stock this is very rare. However with all electronic devices there is always a chance even with New goods. In the case of BGRADE ALL units shall be tested prior to dispatch to avoid disappointment.

LIMITED

Where goods have a limited period warranty stated in the listing. The warranty period shall start from the day of Invoice and end when the term expires. Typically 30 days, 90days and 6 months are the warranty periods provided by our suppliers.

FEEDBACK

Once you have received your winning item. Please take the few seconds required to leave positive feedback. We shall always leave feedback and expect everyone to keep in the spirit of Ebay and do likewise. RETURNS POLICY

Unwanted Items

Unbeatable Deals aim to make your purchase on eBay one you will be happy with. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you a refund less all postage costs. Goods must be returned in new, un-opened condition within seven days of receipt. Any refunds will be made using the same method as payment was received, within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Damaged Goods in Transit (Believe us, it happens)

 In the unfortunate event that you have received an item which is damaged. Please keep all packaging (as couriers will need to inspect this for claims). Please send an email to sales@unbeatabledeals.co.uk or call us on our customer service number with the following information.

We shall arrange a replacement or process your purchase as damaged in transit.

Faulty Goods

 If you have purchased goods that have developed a fault. Please E-mail sales@unbeatabledeals.co.uk with the following information stating the fault:

We provide goods with manufacturers warranty. In some cases this will require items to be shipped back to us deal with any defective goods. We do not provide a FREE uplift. All goods are returned to us at your own expence. We will however consult our suppliers and do our best to resolve matters providing a swap out service. Every case is individual and in the event that something happens to your purchase rest assured we shall deal with it in a quick and professional manner.

WARRANTY & REFUNDS

Please Note: If insurance is not taken out at the time of purchase. We will not refund any items that are lost in the post. This does not include recorded delivery items. All electronic goods come with a 1 years manufacturers warranty unless stated at the point of sale. Please complete any warranty cards provided with your purchase and send it to the appropriate manufacturer. Making sure that your product is registered and covered under this warranty. We shall only refund using the same method as payment was made. All refunds shall be made within 72 Hours of receipt of goods. All refunds will be net of all carriage costs .

We do not refund returns of optical media, CD, DVD, CD-G, VCD or VHS for various reasons. If anyof these items that have been sold by us are found to be faulty we shall offer a replacement only.
