Most of our items require a signature upon delivery. For orders over 40kg, please make sure that somebody is able to help the driver to unload.

You must provide a contact telephone number (for delivery purpose) with your payment or your order may be delayed.

If Paypal is accepted and used, we will only ship goods to your Paypal confirmed address and you cannot collect.

Collection from our warehouse - NOT AVAILABLE

If your item is faulty we will replace the item (if possible) or offer you a refund on the full purchase price excluding postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, buyers are to pay return delivery costs.

We give positive feedback to winning bidders once we have recieved feedback. We will always give 7 days notice before posting a negative feedback so that the bidder has time to respond by e-mail.

Warranty

Warranty cover is for limited defective parts only. Warranty does not cover  tyres, cables, belts, friction parts, abuse, wear and tear or accidental damage during assembly.

Warranty does not cover shipping costs associated with the repair. Should the product need to be returned under warranty the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us and its return carriage.

Parts can be dispatched direct to the customer in the event of any warranty claim

Warranty is only for parts and not labour

Payment should reach us within 7 days after auction ends, or we reserve the right to cancel your transaction(s).

It is solely the buyer's responsibility to make efforts to arrange payment and make sure that cleared payment is received by us in time. Although we'll obviously try our best to facilitate the payment process, we or any third party cannot be held responsible for any problems that will prevent you from paying us in time.

The winner will receive an automatic email from us indicating purchase price and delivery costs (this can be ammended at any time if you do not fall in standard areas - as above)

Non Paying Bidders will automatically receive a strike and a negative. With 3 strikes your eBay account will be suspended.

The only way to prevent the above from happening is to pay as you agreed. Please don't buy unless you are certain that you will and are able to pay.

A UID (unpaid item dispute) will be filed automatically to eBay after 10 days and a negative will be left automatically after 21 days. The UID will then become a strike in at most 7 days and with 3 strikes your eBay account will be suspended. We will of course always remove the UID/strike/negative if the payment is then made and accepted by us.

Winning more than one item, but ...?

If you win more than one same/similar item from us but decide not to go for all of them, we reserve the right to cancel all of your transactions. This is to prevent some people from trying to win several items but choose the cheapest to pay which is against eBay's policy. This not only applies to the eBay ID under question, but also to any IDs that we think might be related to it

By purchasing you expressly understand and agree to release the seller, from all liability or damages that may arise from the use of this item.  Buyers assume all liability and responsibility for all usage of this scooter. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary damages or harmful act, any loss sustained caused to you as a result of this purchase, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, use or other intangible loss even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from or arising out of any matter relating to this auction. To buy you certify that the rider is of legal age to operate the scooter in this auction or the motorised scooter delivered from the seller to you in your jurisdiction. The buyer is responsible for maintaining and servicing the scooters at the specified intervals with an authorized mechanical engineer.

Reporting a problem:

Shortage: You have to report shortage to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery and sign the delivery accordingly, or your claim will not be considered;

Missing contents/Item not-as-described: You have to report missing contents/item not-as-described to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery, or your claim will not be considered;

Damage: You have to sign the delivery as "DAMAGED" AND report damage to us in writing within 24 hours after delivery, or your claim will not be considered.

Return of items: This is buyers responsibility in ALL cases, we will not collect any items or pay for return delivery costs, but will honour any warranty issues and deliver back free of charge once the item is received by us.
