Payment

We accept following payment methods. You can call us on 01924 467264 to make a payment via credit or debit card. If you are paying by cheque, please make your cheque payable to Smart Play Zone and allow 5 to 7 working days to clear before start chasing up on delivery.

Shipping

Our consumer sales via eBay are offered to UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, S Ireland, Channel Islands and The Isle of Man. However the postage cost for this item is only for UK Mainland. Please contact us for or see the listing for the latest prices for the other Areas such as Scottish Highlands (IV, SK, KW, IM and Some part of AB postcodes), N Ireland (BT Postcodes) and Republic of Ireland.

Goods will only be despatched via our delivery partner upon receipt of cleared Payment. We aim to deliver your order to you within 3 to 5 working days of cleared payment. Insurance is included in the shipping and handling charge.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Collection

Collection is available from our Dewsbury, West Yorkshire warehouse. However there will be a £10 admin charge for collection on all our auction items. We do not charge this fee on our fixed price buy it now items. Our opening times are:

Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm
Saturday: 11am - 3pm (Prior Arrangment only for collection - 01924 467264)
Sunday: 11am - 3pm (Prior Arrangment only for collection - 01924 467264)
