Payment is strictly due within 3 days of the end of the auction. Please email me if you have a problem.I relist a lot of items after this time so please be aware of this. Non payment and no email will result in negative feedback and an unpaid item strike.

The quoted price is for postage AND packaging.
My postage prices are stated clearly at the start of my listing, if you are not happy with the cost do not bid.

Paying for recorded or special delivery does not mean next day delivery. It is for insurance purposes only. Items will only be posted out with my next batch and not specially rushed to the post office (you can request urgent delivery for a special occasion and i will try my best for you but cannot guarantee this) and please do this by email and not by leaving a message on the payment as this is often overlooked

I am not responsible for royal mails delivery time

International buyers-email me for shipping price and be aware this will be higher, usually twice the price
and please be patient with international delivery time,it can take a lot longer

i do combine postage costs but ONLY on items ending within 2 days of each other.You can pay for items and ask me to hold on to them until you buy others to get a cheaper postage but you must keep me aware of the situation or you will be charged full postage

Returns are only accepted if an item is grossly misrepresented. however i WILL NOT refund any postage costs. I sell vintage items that are used and not in mint condition unless otherwise stated. you must expect small flaws that might not be listed. there may be tiny holes i have over looked or small marks and items will not be refunded for these. If you want a flawless mint item i suggest you go buy from the high street instead, i sell items with worn in character, if you are not happy with this DO NOT BID

ALWAYS CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS TO SEE IF ITEMS WILL FIT AND DO NOT GO ON THE SIZE STATED, SIZES CAN VARY SO IT IS IMPORTANT YOU CHECK THE ITEM MEASUREMENTS AGAINST YOUR OWN. WE DO NOT REFUND BECAUSE YOU BOUGHT ON THE ITEM SIZE SEEN BUT DIDN'T CHECK THE MEASUREMENTS

Some of our boots have been sprayed inside before coming  to us. It is not uncommon, you may need to clean this out.

all measurements are approximate, although I try to list things as accurate as possible
