   We offer 7 days refund or exchange policy on Buy It Now price purchased items. Before sending the items back please contact us to authorize the return. Returns must be sent to the company address, recorded delivery, within 7 days of payment recipe. All items must be unworn, fully tagged and including the original invoice. All postage costs are non refundable and paid by the customer.
   All auction items are not returnable for refunds. All sales are final. We do offer exchange or refund only on faulty items.
   NOTE: When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, lotions or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. The item must be returned in its original packaging with enclosed all documentation.
