Payment is expected within 48 hours of auction end. If no contact is received within 3 days of auction end - the transaction may be cancelled , item re-listed and reported to ebay to claim back fees.

Items are usually sent first class UK and airmail overseas - due to crazy postal charges some larger items may be sent second class and via overland/sea abroad. I like to post items within 3 days after auction ends - subject to cleared funds being received - for auctions that end Sunday I will usually post on Wednesday which allows a couple of days to get the payments cleared. If funds are received after that date items may not be posted until the following week, as going to the Post Office can be a painful and very time consuming experience. If you require an upgraded postal Service please let me know before paying as shipping costs will need to be adjusted. All parcels are securely packaged, as far as reasonable made "Postal Service safe" - in some cases this means virtually indestructible. I like to ensure that items will arrive in the condition they left me.

Items are offered openly and honestly with accurate descriptions,items are sent at the buyers risk unless you have requested insurance which can be arranged on most items if required. If insurance is required or an upgraded postal service please contact me before paying as it will probably incur increased costs. Items are sold as seen - however if there is a problem email me and we'll try and find a fair solution. Please bare in mind if you have not requested insurance the item is sent at your risk - which appears to date to be a very low risk - so please if the worst happens and your item is not received - it isn't down to me - it will have been sent.
