Assembled items are non-refundable We cannot offer refunds on assembled items. You will be required to sign for your items in goodcondition on receipt.
All deliveries are to your door only Our local drivers are friendly and helpful, however the service offered is only to your door. They may be willing to help move the item to the room of your choice however this is at the drivers discretion, please ask when arranging delivery to avoid any disappointment.
Our drivers are not insured to be in your house so any damages caused are at your own risk and we nor the driver can not be held responsible. The driver may require assistance with larger items You may be required to help the driver with items which are either too heavy or too large for one man. You will be advised if this is the case when we arrange your delivery. If you are not able to assist you may be required to ensure someone is around who is. Please consider the size of items before asking for an assembled service We are only responsible for getting the items to you. Items such as wardrobes and large chests may be too large to move into your required room Please understand that if an item you have requested to be assembled is too large to enter your house or be moved to the required room it is then your responsibility. We cannot advise you whether an item will fit into your house Only you can make that decision, each listing has assembled dimensions, please use these and account for the largest of dimensions when considering how much room you have. You will need to consider and will need to know of any obstacles such as stairs, narrow doorways or corridors or even if you live in a flat. All of which may cause problems for the delivery driver. |
