STUNNING 12 ARM BLACK CRYSTAL CUT GLASS CHANDELIER

This truly stunning cut glass chandelier will prove to be the focal point of whichever room you choose to place it in.

Twelve individual black coloured arms are beautifully adorned with black crystal beading, and a mass of black crystal droplets completes the item perfectly.  Matching black coloured bulb holders provide a perfect finishing touch.  Please do not confuse this item with cheaper versions, featuring acrylic droplets!  The difference is vast, with the lighting effect through the crystal beads and droplets being superior in every respect.

Dimensions of the chandelier are a generous W84cm x H62cm, 12 x 40W (max) screw type bulbs are required.

All our smaller items are shipped using the Royal Mail 1^st Class or Standard Parcels services, appropriate to the item being shipped. We always obtain proof of postage, which will be made available should your item not arrive. Please note, we cannot allow for items which become lost during transit in the Royal Mail system. We have found lost items to be extremely rare, and with 99.9% of parcels turning up sooner or later, we would consider it reasonable to allow ample time for this to occur.

For larger items (including furniture), we use Royal Mail Parcel Force or a specialist courier service. Should Royal Mail Parcel Force be utilised, online parcel tracking numbers will always be provided should you wish to check the status of your delivery. Unfortunately we cannot request specific times for delivery of your item but all deliveries are normally by 5.30pm on the day advised for delivery. For your convenience, should you require a specific date for delivery please advise us at time of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should the use of our specialist courier service be required, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We are subject to the availability of our courier for collection and delivery of your item, but will always endeavour to complete your order as speedily as possible. We will of course keep you informed regarding the progression of your purchase and estimated delivery dates.

Please note that we do not at this time offer a buyer collect option unless specifically offered within individual listings.

However, breakages during transit do sometimes unavoidably occur. Should the item you have ordered arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us IMMEDIATELY and once discussed, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund to your satisfaction.

To comply with Distance Selling Regulations, returns are accepted within a 7 day period from date of purchase. Should you decide that the item does not meet your requirements, following its safe return and provided it is in good order and packaged in its original packaging, we will gladly refund the sale price of the item. We cannot however refund postage and packaging costs incurred for dispatch of your item, or its return (which is at the buyer's expense).
