SHIPPING/POSTAGE:

If payment is received before 3.00pm, we aim to send your item the same day. We send only by Recorded or Special delivery.

If you dont have your item within 3 working days after the payment, please contact us and we will check with  Royal mail.

Please note that it takes 14 working days before Royal mail make any refunds.

Payment required no later than 3 days after purchase.

We accept online payment by Paypal. You can also pay by postal orders or personal cheque.

If you pay by personal cheque please allow 5-7 working days for the cheque to clear before we can send you the item.

RETURN/EXCHANGE:

you can return it to us, subject to the following:-

· Refunds are made for the purchase price. Postage costs are not refundable.
· Returns MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of your purchase
· Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition (this includes the boxes). Items must be fit for resale.
· Customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item, and for ensuring adequate insurance is taken. Customer must accept full responsibility for any loss or damage to the item prior to reaching us. 
· Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
· All returns will be processed within 7-10 days
