Shipping

We will dispatch your item within 2 working days of payment and for Your Photoís 2 Canvas please allow 5 days.
All UK deliveries are sent by DHL Couriers traceable 48 hour service.
All canvases are securely packaged and in the unlikely event of damage ñ we do accept returns.
In order to maintain Quality Control and timely Dispatch of orders, we do not allow customer collections.
Single Delivery charges are non-negotiable. Combine Postage discount available if you buy more than one item. Discounts are applied at checkout invoice ñ please contact if you would like to know before purchasing.

By bidding or buying any of our products you are entering into a legally binding contract, and are agreeing to following terms:
Accuracy
Descriptions of goods and services included are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them. Colours that you may see on your screen may slightly vary to those on your canvas due to colour calibration and screen settings etcÖcolour differences will only be slight if any as we do use the latest in technology 12 ink colour printer however, we do offer a sample before you buy should you be worried.
Copyright
All images used are property of The Canvas Workshop or of their respective copyright owners and are used with express authorisation. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute images, any part of images or content in any form without prior written authorisation. When supply us with Artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence for that image or have written permission from the copyright owner to use the photograph. The Canvas Workshop will not be under no Circumstances will be responsible for any copy right issues arising as a result of you, the customer, supplying an image in breach of copyright.
Returns Policy
All our canvas prints are checked for quality before they are dispatched but if the goods received are damaged during transit and are not fit for purpose. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned to us safely and in their entirety including the original packaging. Please contact us immediately and inform us of any damage and of any goods being returned.
If the goods are not faulty, damaged or the original packaging missing, we cannot make a refund.
The Canvas Workshop will not exchange any goods that the customer is dissatisfied with the image chosen. The customer is responsible for checking and approving any artwork or image manipulation done by The Canvas Workshop. Once a proof has been approved and printed, The Canvas Workshop will not reprint any image unless it is faulty or damaged as described.

We are not able to cancel any works which have been initiated and paid for.
Right to Refuse
The Canvas Workshop has the right to refuse any work that may be inappropriate or have illegal content.
Non Paying Bidders
All Auctions and Buy it now purchases must be complete within 7 days after winning.

Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that any canvases are damaged, we will arrange to have the item returned to us by courier and we will also send a replacement canvas free of charge (UK only).
