We request your measurements before processing your orders, if they do not fit but correct measurements have been given We will alter them and return them to you free of charge.  However, if incorrect measurements have been given to me - buyer will be responsible for return postage.  Refunds will NOT be given where items have been delayed in the post. If you have purchased a 'ready made' auction item, size and style are as in the auction and are non- negotiable.
