This item is a rare old food advertising booklet:

STORK MARGARINE COOKERY SERVICE 70 selected recipes - 1940s

This booklet consists of 16 pages of information including 70 recipes.

Published by The Stork Margarine Company Ltd, Unilever House, Blackfriars, London EC4, not dated but the introduction refers to the the Stork cookery publications commencing after rationing started in 1940.  

Stiff card covered booklet, 16 pages plus cover, size approx 13.5cm x 21cm. Overall good condition, clean, contents good, corners good, staples spine tight. Very nice.

An excellent item for the local historian, family history researcher and collector.
