Copy of STITCHCRAFT from May 1964 , costing 1/6. It is most interesting as it has a project for a felt on linen wall hanging/picture. The magazine includes all 3, unused, iron on transfers for the felt charachters in the design- they cost 3 shillings, 3 shillings and 4 shillings- not excatly cheap. AND they are folded & in mint condition.
The panel of of charachters from Dickens novels including Barnaby Rudge, Oliver Twist & Little Emily. The linen fabric background measures 5/8 yards of 50 inch natural linen fabric. This gives you an idea of the finished size. There are full instructions for the work OR it is nice as a collectable piece.
The magazine also includes some nice knitting projects, some embroidery, beach hold alls and more. The magazine is worn down the spine and edges ( especially back bottom) but is basically in good vintage condition. I have a colleague who has HUNDREDS of 30's stitchcrafts so do email if there is a particular one you are looking for!
Packing/handling for this item is 80p PLUS UK 75p 'SIGN FOR' and ACTUAL COST OF POSTAGE. If I make a mistake in postage costs I will refund-EMAIL ME. UK postage now includes 'SIGN FOR' at 75 pence to fulfil new eBay conditions.
