From time to time an item may be on back order if this does occur Silver Virginia Belles will contact you within 24-48 hours and either offer you a full refund for the particular item or give you the choice to wait until the item is available again.

Silver Virginia Belles is located in Virginia  if you are a resident of Virginia 5% sales tax will be charged.  No sales tax will be charged if you reside in another state.

UNITED STATES: SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES IS FREE. We ship USPS first class mail.  All items shipped within the USA will have delivery confirmation included.

If you would like the item sooner please send a request and a quote can be given for USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail shipping.

Silver Virginia Belles will only ship to the address the buyer has on record with E-BAY/PAY PAL.  Please do not ask to have your item shipped to another address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* E-BAY will automatically calculate shipping for your international shipping. I ship worldwide with one exception.

HANDLING TIME:

Packages shipping to within the United States ship within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of payment received. Sunday is not recognized as a business day.

International packages ship within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of payment received.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately. Item must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your package. Buyers are welcome to return any jewelry that has not been worn or used for one of the following:

1. FULL REFUND
2. STORE CREDIT
3. REPLACEMENT
