If the postal/shipping fees are much less then I quote I refund the difference when the item is received by the winner. I always wrap most things in tissue paper first and am honest in sending the items. If your item becomes lost in the post I will get the forms needed to find the lost parcel from the PO and go through the process that way. Refunds will not automatically be given for lost items. Express or registered is the only way I will send items now.

I usually post things within 72hrs of receiving payment.
