PAYMENT

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: 

OVERSEAS BUYERS – PayPal Only in GBP only. Please wait for my invoice with the overseas postage rates before you pay.

UK BUYERS – My preferred method of payment is by PayPal but personal cheques or postal orders will also be accepted.  Pending Paypal Payments: Items paid for this way cannot be sent until notification of clearance is received from Paypal. Items will be sent to the address on the Invoice, please ensure this is correct.

Items must be paid for within five days of the auction end to prevent them being offered to the second highest bidder or being relisted.

DISPATCH

PROMPT PAYPAL OR POSTAL ORDER PAYMENTS – Items are usually dispatched within one to two working days of receipt.

CHEQUE PAYMENTS – Items will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared (this usually takes about five working days ).

SHIPPING

Buyer to pay all postage costs. Postage will be applied at Royal Mail Rates.  Buyer to pay all p&p costs. I wrap in bubble wrap and box the item so usually have a 50p to £1.00 overhead, sometimes less. I have even posted at below cost; I do not charge for my mistake!  Insurance up to a value of £34.00 is included in the standard postage rates. Postage discounts will be given for multiple purchases selling within three days of each other. I take great care with packing but I take no responsibility for loss or breakages within the postal system. Breakable items are always packed in a cardboard box with plenty of bubblewrap and other packaging.  The package is secured with strong brown sticky tape and clearly marked FRAGILE.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.  If dissatisfied, the item must be returned (email first, please) in its original packaging and by the original postal method within seven days of receipt when a full refund (including the two way postage in the case of an inaccurate description only) will be given by the respective payment method.
