We are a family run business who have been operational for over 30 years. Nearly 5 years ago we branched into eBay trading and as you can see from our feedback we are a company who pride ourselves on customer service. 

We have been selling via mail order for many years so we have been able to bring this knowledge and our experienced staff to the fore of our eBay team.

PAYMENT

Paypal is the preferred payment method, but we also accept payment by cheque or postal order. You can also call us on 01604 672508 to pay by debit/credit card over the phone. 

All our prices include VAT

If no attempt to pay for an auction or buy it now item has been made after 7 days then a non payment claim will be filed through eBay. We wait 7 days after receiving a cheque for it to clear and then the goods are despatched. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Customers who pay by Paypal echeque. While we have no problem with customers who wish to pay by this method, please be aware that a paypal echeque takes around 10 days to clear, and no goods will be despatched until it has cleared.  

SHIPPING

 We charge an honest postal rate, which covers our costs to send the item and our labour / material costs. 

Most items will be sent via royal mail. Our standard postal service is 2nd class post, but we can send 1st class upon request. 

Heavy / large items are sent by a national courier. Deliveries sent by this method to postcode areas KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, FK, KY or to Ireland / offshore are charged at an extra cost. This cost is shown in most listings, if not then please contact us. 

We aim to despatch goods within 1-3 working days of an order being received. Orders placed on a bank holiday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next working day. 

RETURNS

Items which are received damaged or faulty can be returned for a refund or exchange. Any costs spent by the buyer in sending the item back will be refunded by their original payment method. 

Any items which are returned that were purchased in error can be returned for a refund. The buyer must cover the costs to send the item back and cover our costs in sending the item originally.  

TERMS

Most items are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee, if not stated in the listing then please enquire. A Vat receipt is provided with every order. 

Combined postage: If purchasing more than one product, please select which products you wish to purchase but do not pay for them. We will then send you a revised invoice with a combined shipping rate.

Automatic positive feedback will be left once positive feedback has been left for us.

We are open Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30. Closed weekends and bank holidays.
