- Ground shipment delivery times and transit times are not guaranteed by Adult Sexy Costume Shop
- Most shipments are delivered Monday through Friday however, sometimes they arrive on Saturday
- All damaged shipments MUST be reported to Adult Sexy Costume Shop immediately. Failure to do so in a reasonable amount of time as determined by Adult Sexy Costume Shop. may result in a refusal of damage claim with UPS which will be imposed upon the customer
- Be advised that all tariffs, VAT charges, customs fees, brokerage fees and etc are the sole responsibility of the buyer and customer for orders shipped outside the United States. Refused and returned international orders will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. Undeliverable Orders
Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a product restocking fee of 25%, plus incurred shipping costs both ways. A $25 administrative fee may also be warranted. Please double check your address information before ordering so there is not an issue of your item being returned by the shipping company.
Domestic Shipping
All orders received before 1PM Pacific Time will usually ship the same day.
Combined shipping is offered on most items, unless unusually large or fragile. Combined shipping discounts only apply to auctions that are paid for at the same time with one payment.
If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please select two day service at checkout.
We offer standard ground service, standard expedited service, and Next Day Air. We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS whichever is the most economical and efficient based on your zip code at the time of the order.
Our shipping costs reflect both the shipping costs and handling charges from our California warehouse.
Most orders ship within 1 business day once payment is received. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Please allow for the proper delivery time for your order.
If you need your order expedited please select an expedited shipping method for a faster delivery time. Order's placed after 1:00 PM Pacific time will ship the following business day.
All orders must have verified funds from PayPal and must be received in full before your order is processed. Please note that electronic checks can take up to 5 business days to clear through PayPal.

International Shipping
For standard International shipping the average shipping time is between 7-10 business days and for expedited service it is 3-5 business days.
In addition Adult Sexy Costume Shop is not responsible for custom delays in any country. Individual customs departments can easily hold packages for several weeks if they feel the need. Although this is rare, we still do not have any control over this situation. We ask that international customers allow for some extra time so their package can properly clear customs.
Also please note that the customer is responsible for all custom fees, tariffs, quotas and any other fee imposed by the receiving country.

How do I track my Order?
Once an order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to your eBay messages, and your email that is associated with your eBay account. All shipments can be tracked by clicking the link in the message. If you have a specific deadline, or need by date and want us to look up the tracking information for your item then please call our toll free customer service.
If I place an order when will it ship?
Currently all orders placed up to 1:30PM Pacific Time usually ship that day.
What if I am the winning bidder?
If you are the winning bidder you must contact us within 3 business days to complete the transaction. Any non-paid auctions will be reported to eBay for item strike.
How do I know the right size costume to buy?
Generally as a rule of thumb it is wise to always order a little bigger on costume sizing. If the costume is slightly big it can be easily taken in. If you are concerned about a costume being too small please consider ordering a size up.
How do I know the right size shoes or boots to buy?
All shoes and boots only come in full sizes. If you are a half size we strongly recommend you ordering the next full size up as our footwear run a little small.
I am purchasing from outside the United States how long will it take to get my order?
All orders placed before 1:30 AM PST time will usually ship the same day. However, we can not control the actual shipping time and each country's customs department. So please allow for a little extra time, when ordering from outside the United States.
If I purchase an item in multiple quantities can I receive a discount?
Yes, we can offer quantity discounts on a case by case basis. If you would like a quote please call our customer service department, so we can assist you.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes, you can pick up an order from our warehouse. However, we only allow Will Call pickups by appointment only. There is also a will call fee of $10 per order. Please call our customer service department if you would like to pick up your item.
If an item is not listed in the size I want, can I still place an order for it?
If there is an item you would like to purchase that is not listed in the size you desire, please try calling our customer service department. They will be able to tell if the item is coming back in stock and if so, when.
Exchange Policy
We will gladly exchange your item for another item or different size within 5 days after you receive your order.
Since our items are primarily purchased for one time events we can not accept any exchanges after this 5 day window. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately when you receive the item, so we can assist you promptly.
Because of sanitary reasons we can not accept exchanges on the following items
Any costume that has been worn
Any undergarments including tights
Any footwear that has been worn

The buyer is responsible for shipping charges when exchanging an item.
To exchange an item please contact our customer service department to receive a Exchage Authorization Number. Our customer service number is 877-376-3700. Packages without the proper EAN number will not be processed. Please allow 7 business days for processing your exchange from the day we receive it.
