What you get

25g Farmhouse Improver; Is a multipurpose improver, it can be used in any bread or roll dough and is ideal for bread making machines. Simply add one teaspoon for white and two for wholemeal, the only other things to add are salt, flour,water and yeast, no messing about with sugar,fat, milk powder etc as its all built into the improver.

50g Ciabatta Improver;  Tasty Open Texture Italian Ciabatta breads, you just add the flour, water, yeast.Its really easy to make (unlike the traditional way) you simply mix the dough in whatever machine you have, pull it out into a bowl, allow to rise, tip out onto the worktop, press out and cut up, allow to rise again and bake.

50g Soft Bread/Roll Improver; This concentrate is dead easy to use and will give you a very soft/fluffy style loaf or rolls similar in texture/ taste to the soft batch style ones you see in shops.That's because it is designed just for soft bread or rolls, its an improver and conditioner all in one, it has all the ingredients to make superb soft bread and rolls,  just add flour, water, yeast...no messing with fats,milk powders, salt, sugar etc., AS ITS ALL INCLUDED in the improver,no more mistakes!!!!

40g Malty Wholemeal; This improver is dead easy to use and will give you a Malted wholemeal loaf that will have a soft texture, better volume and will stay fresher for longer.Be the envy of all your bread making friends!! BEST OF ALL....you only need to add flour water, yeast and salt, no more weighing up sugars, fat etc, no more mistakes!!!!!!

30g Sourdough Improver; This Bread improver contains Sourdough for a Delicious "Old Style Loaf" .It is excellent in a Bread Maker or for making Bread by Hand.The finished Loaf will be very very airy and light and will even make RYE BREAD more airy and light In the Exhaustive tests carried out in a Bread Machine the mix size was reduced to stop it rising through the lid!!

75g Fruit Bread Improver; This concentrate is designed for Hot X Buns, Fruit Bread, Iced Fingers, Chelsea Buns, Stollen etc, it has a superb lemon/orange taste and aroma. You can easily make deliciously soft Hot X Buns or fruit buns from the breadmaker by mixing the dough with mixed fruit available from most shops, once mixed pull the dough from the machine roll into balls, proof and bake. I get 20 rolls per mix ( which I cannot make enough of!!)

What's a bread improver? its a mix of the essential ingredients your dough needs to develop properly in the short time a bread making machine takes to make the dough, without them you usually end up with bread that's heavy and has a stale texture. You can easily use them for hand or Kenwood style kneading aswell.

• Payment is expected within 7 days
• We accept Paypal, personal cheques, postal orders .
• Overseas buyers must pay either by paypal or by english cheque
• No payment and no contact within 7 days will mean a non-paying bidder notice being sent to ebay,
