Processing (i.e. refund or replacement) can be done only when we have received your notice within 7 working days.
Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, you are responsible returning the item to us, we will then send out the replacement item to you at our cost after the faulty item as been received from you.
