In the unlikely event a problem occurs , I accept returns from ebayers where the item is signficantly different to my description and will refund the full invoice price , I rarely get it wrong but am fully signed up to being responsible for my own errors as I hope my feedback shows ! . For other items , for example if you just change your mind etc etc I will not refund any of the P&P charges involved and I charge a 20% of the item cost, restocking fee . All returns must be in my hands within 14 days of the auction`s end , and in the same  condition they were sold .
