U.K. Buyers: I normally post out 1st Class (or 2nd class on free postage for books) or Standard Parcel. Please inform me if you wish to pay for item to be sent insured.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I will normally post out by Small Packet Air Mail (or Surface Mail if item is large/heavy).

I WILL ALWAYS RETAIN PROOF OF POSTING.

Although I recommend items to be insured (at buyers request) PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CERAMICS/GLASS ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED FOR DAMAGE.

I only offer a refund on insured items, and only when the claim as been fully processed. I apologise most profusely for this but due to past problems, I feel obliged to enforce this disclaimer.

Items returned are at the returned postage costs of the buyer.
