It is time that stamp collectors and stamp users fought back. We are not given the option normally by the Post Office. They want us all to use computer generated labels. But if you ask nicely you'll be able to get good commemoratives ... and possibly even a circular date stamp! Depending on service used. This will in the long run help our vast number of charities raise money by improving the content of the stamps donated to them.

As per Distance Selling Regulations, I accept returns and accept the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day they receive the item. To this end, ALL items will be sent by trackable means so that I am able to verify that I have not broken those regulations.
On return of items in the same condition as they left me, AND A MUTUAL CANCELLATION OF THE E-BAY TRANSACTION, a full refund will be made, including the original postage, HOWEVER, return postage will not be refunded.
If however, I have made a mistake, then both original AND return postage will be refunded.
In the unlikely event of an item going astray, or being damaged during transit, then I will deal with the problem as it is my responsibility to get the item to you.
This however, must be with the full co-operation of the buyer (ie if an item goes astray, the buyer agrees to co-operate with the carrier to ascertain non-receipt, or if an item/s arrives damaged, then photos will be supplied of the item and all of the original packaging, which must be kept, or even possibly returned, for a claim to be successful).
I respectfully request that, should there be any issues, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, so I can resolve the issue.
I would also ask that when completing the DSRs for the transaction, that the buyer would realise that this can seriously affect a seller's ability to sell, and/or the visibility of their items.
Personally, I charge very little, if anything for packaging, and often pay more for postage than I charge you, the buyer.
