HANDLING TIME, PACKAGING, CARRIAGE |

Due to demand, please allow UP TO 7-10 working days for your item to arrive within UK. In many instances, you may receive your handrail earlier.
We HAND prepare hundreds of items each week and endeavour to fulfil every order as expediently as possible.
A despatch note will be sent once the handrail has left the factory. We use a next-day service for domestic mainland deliveries.
Our handrails are hand-cut, not off-the-shelf banisters - they cannot be bought in the shops.

N Ireland/ Mainland Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Island customers- please ask for carriage rates before purchase.

This processing time includes cutting, polishing, assembling, and packaging. In many case. Every effort is made to dispatch and pack your handrail expediently and extremely securely. Pleas see our feedback!
