St. John's Wort is one of the most valuable Medicinal Herbs for Nervous Problems. It is used for Depression, Anxiety, Tension & Insomnia, it has a very Sedative Effect.

HOW TO MAKE

1 TEASPOON OF HERBS TO 1 CUP OF WATER.

Pour boiling water over the Herbs, cover with a lid and leave to steep for 10-15 mins: Then strain and drink. You can drink hot or cold.

1 Cup can be taken 3 times a day
