Sizing

Size Matters! Choosing the right size can be sometimes difficult. But do not worry! We will try to help you. Anytime.  A good fit has to do with personal preference. Some people prefer their clothes tighter than others. Also county and cultural differences, as well as confusing sizing definitions in different countries can add to the confusion. Our tip: please check the sizing table (in the picture at the bottom of the page). In case of doubt, you can always contact us for advice. But most important, in case the item you chose does not meet your expectation, we will always accept it back and will be happy to exchange to a different size (see terms and conditions for full information). Our returns percentage has been traditionally very low. Most of our customers are very satisfied with the fit and quality of their SQUEEZE.DOG item.

Shipping

Shipping is usually within 24 hours after payment. As soon as we dispatch the item, you will receive a shipping notification with estimated shipping time to your destination. In case your item is not available for immediate shipping, SQUEEZE.DOG will send you a notification with additional information. We offer the lowest shipping and handling rates possible. In many case, the actual S&H costs is higher than charged amount (reduced S&H or an upgraded shipping method). Combining shipments has never been so rewarding. Buy more- save more! We combine shipping if purchased within 3 days (please notify us). 

Return

SQUEEZE.DOG gives you all the freedom you need. The freedom to choose. The freedom to try. The freedom to feel. We know that there’s nothing like touching the product in your hands, seeing for yourself, fitting it. If from any reason (and we won’t ask why) you wish to return your item, we will understand. All our items are refundable in a period of 30 days after purchase. Conditions: the item has not been used or damaged, with original SD tags or marks. Customer has left a positive feedback for the transaction. Shipping costs for returning the item is on the buyer unless otherwise has been

Who likes to read the small letters? This part is easy to skip. We agree with you. It can be boring (especially if the text is long and the font is very small). But in order to ensure a transparent, easy and customer- friendly business process, it is important you are well informed about the purchase procedures. Payment

Payment should be settled within 7 days of purchase.  Seller’s fees are deducted by eBay immediately upon purchase. SD is billed immediately. This is why SQUEEZE.DOG is depended on timely payment. An immediate payment is highly appreciated. If you are bidding (or intend bidding) on multiple items, please notify info@squeezedog.com. Without such a notice, SD will proceed to shipping as soon as payment has cleared. SD does not wait or combine shipment, without a notice. 

Invoicing: every transaction is invoiced in the original currency of the corresponding eBay's site. According to eBay's policy, it is not possible to combine different currencies into one invoice. That is why you may receive multiple separated invoices for the same package (if you have multiple items in different currencies). 

Payment methods: SD accepts Paypal and Moneybookers (ID- sales@squeezedog.com). Wire transfer is accepted only on eBay sites where it is permitted by the Trust and Safety regulations of eBay (e.g. Dutch auctions, German auction etc.). If you are not sure, please contact sales@squeezedog.com for more information regarding payment. When transferring funds directly to this account, please specify the transaction number and eBay's item number. Late payment: SQUEEZE.DOG keeps itself the right to charge administration fee in case of late payment (see full terms and conditions on a special store page).
