 Items included in our lots will fall into the lower age group if the manufacturer has given only one specific age, If they have given an age range, the item will fall into the upper age range. For example an age 5 item will be included in a 4-5 bundle, a 5-6 item will naturally fall into a 5-6 bundle.

All of our items are washed, ironed and expertly packed for rapid delivery to your home. Please check our feedback to judge our quality for yourself. We do not add scented extras to improve the smell of our clothes - clean, freshly pressed clothes smell fantastic on their own so why add anything else...? We do use ironing products such as starch on cottons which occasionally will leave a white powder residue. Some items may have small marks but anything which is beyond our quality description will be stated specifically.

We are extremely particular about the quality of clothes we supply, having supplied over 25,000 items since 2001.

While the bidding is on!

Anyone is welcome to legitimately bid on our auctions.
Unfortunately owing to certain bidders not paying for auctions we now have to ask that any bidder with less than 25 feedback, of which at least 5 must be within the last four weeks must email us to declare how and when they would pay if successful. Failure to do this will result in your bid being removed and your user ID blocked. The block will be removed once the bidder has communicated their intentions satisfactorily to us.

People who bid falsely not only waste our time but also waste the time of other legitimate bidders.

After close of auction!

You must contact us within 24 hours of close of auction to either pay or advise us how and when payment will be made. If such contact is not made within that period we WILL offer this item to the next highest bidder using the Ebay Second Chance Option.

Notwithstanding the above, payment is expected within 4 days of auction close or we may relist this item.  If you have internet banking, please pay us by bank transfer to account

RETURNS

We will happily accept returns if the item is not as described. If you simply change your mind, we will not accept a return. Carriage for any returns will be paid by the buyer as a condition of sale and the returned item must be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of the item.

What does it mean to be Verified?

Verification increases the security of the PayPal network. Verified members have successfully completed PayPal's verification system to establish their identity with us.
