2. Unless the item (s) is faulty, it will be the responsibility of the buyer for the cost of the return postage. If the item (s) is faulty, the seller will give a full refund of the postage.
3. The buyer must obtain a Certificate of Posting and a Cash Receipt relating to all returned items.
4. Any refund or replacement will ONLY be considered on receipt of the returned unused items.

5. RE DAMAGED OR NON DELIVERED ITEMS. The seller offers a Recorded Delivery service, which is currently £0.80p extra.
