Bidders with feed back of less than 10 are welcome, but payment is expected within 7 days or negative feed back is left and goods reoffered for sale.

IMPORTANT

We will not replace or refund on ANY item that has been lost, destroyed or damaged in transit by Royal Mail (The Post Office), Parcel Force, or if overseas, Air Mail. We always keep the relevant receipts as proof of postage. All our items are well packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard being used if needed. If you paid EXTRA for recorded postage / shipping & wish to make a claim, again, we will NOT provide the refund - the claim has to be made direct with the Post Office / Royal Mail or the relevant international shipping service provider. We will of course assist you all we can with your claim.
