With over 16 years of trading, 4x4 Accessories & Tyres are now firmly established as Europe's leading distributor of 4x4 Accessories, including Trucktops, Bed Liners, 4x4 Wheels and Tyres, Side Bars & Side Steps and Front Bars amongst others.
Based at Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire, UK, our 4x4 superstore keeps on growing, years of continued re-investment has seen us increase products and applications with further expansion planned for 2010-2011 Without doubt we are Europe's largest supplier of 4x4 accessories to retail, trade and OE customers, with warehousing of circa 75,000sq ft and 30 staff.

Payment

We accept payment by: Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfers and Cheques. All payments by Cheque will need to be cleared before goods can be dispatched. All items listed on Ebay are priced including VAT.

Shipping

Every item we sell on ebay, will be well packaged and shipped from our own warehouse in most cases by TNT overnight courier or if you prefer you are welcome to visit our showroom and shop to collect your goods or have them fitted. The price quoted for shipping in the United Kingdom is mainland UK only any item delivered outside mainland UK will incur an additional carriage charge.

Terms

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These terms and conditions relate to all products supplied by 4x4at
2. All goods remain the property of 4x4 until paid in full
3. 4x4at reserve the right to change prices and specifications on products without prior notification
4. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. 
DAMAGED GOODS
5. If goods are damaged in transit this must be recorded in writing at the time of receipt. We cannot
accept responsibility for damaged goods if the carrier's proof of delivery has been signed for as
received for in good condition. If there is any sign of damage to the goods, it is advisable to refuse delivery. Please check carefully!
6. If goods are found to be faulty or incomplete - this must be reported in writing within 7 days of reeipt
or collection of goods.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
7. Money back guarantee: For goods returned/cancelled within 7 working days of receipt or order. Subject to
notes 8/9/10/11. Excludes ‘special ordered’ goods (ie a colour matched product, painted to your
vehicles colour or where wheels and tyres are mounted in size/style/tread pattern etc. to suit your
vehicle). The purchaser is responsible for ensuring return of goods and resulting expenses.
8. All returns must be received in good condition at our distribution centre. Goods will not be accepted
if they are damaged, scratched or not returned in protective packaging.
9. Goods will not be accepted by 4x4at if they have been fitted or altered in any way.
10. All delivery costs and insurance for goods when sending returns back to our distribution centre must
be paid for by the customer unless making a prior agreement in writing with 4x4.
11. Returns must be adequately wrapped and at least as well protected as it was sent by us originally.
Items inadequately protected/wrapped will not be accepted for return, or a charge may be made
to rectify.
REFUNDS
12. Goods returned to our distribution centre for credit that have been ordered correctly or incorrectly
by a customer will be liable to 15% restocking charge for returns after 7 days. (7 day grace period
applies to mail order only ie: non face to face transactions). Refunds will be less the original carriage charge incurred by 4x4. i.e.
£10.24 per boxed item, £15.00 per bed liner, £16.00 per set of wheels and tyres, £25 per Tonneau
cover, and £85 per Truck Tops.
13. Refunds are payable in cash, cheque or credit card at the discretion of 4x4at.
14. Deposits will be held on behalf of customers for special orders and these are non-refundable in the
case of cancellations of the order. The value of the deposit will be fixed at the time of order.
(ie painted products)
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
15. If parts are found to be defective due to excessive use or normal wear and tear within the warranty
period we will repair or replace the parts at our discretion.
16. It is the customers responsibility to remove and replace faulty parts from a vehicle and return them
to our Distribution Centre.
17. 4x4at cannot be held responsible for accidents or damage resulting where a customer has fitted
wheels or other products supplied by us. This includes the cross threading of wheel studs.
18. Any manufacturer’s warranty issued in the USA or other countries other than the UK for products
sold by 4x4at are null and void.
19. Due to the nature of the British climate we cannot be held responsible for any rusting and
corosion of chrome plated products or polished alloy finishes. The customer will be held
responsible for cleaning and maintaining the surface of these products.
WHEELS
20. 4x4 Wheels are warranted for a period of one year against defective materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover the following: Damaged Alloy, Chrome or Lacquered surfaces due to:
a) Normal On Road or Off Road wear and tear, including stone chips etc.
b) Salted roads in winter causing Salt corrosion
c) Use of abrasive or chemical cleaners.
21. Wheels should be cleaned using a mild soap and water solution. Chemical or abrasive cleaners
and detergents should not be used on 4x4 wheels.
22. Chrome centre caps are not covered under warranty as expressed in section 19. Polished alloy
wheel finishes are not covered under warranty as expressed in section 19.
23. When fitting wheels or tyres it is your responsibility to check that the wheels rotate freely by hand
and do not catch the bodywork, brakes and chassis etc. before driving. Failure to follow this
procedure could be dangerous and cause injury or death. Be safe and check that the wheels are
mounted correctly on vehicle. Nuts should be re-torqued after 25 miles and before 50 miles. Periodically check
your tyre pressures.
AIRBAGS
24. Before fitting nudge bars to vehicles please check that they will not affect operation of airbags with
vehicle dealer and that they comply with any regulations.
25. E.&.O.E
CONFIDENTIALITY
26. 4x4 will not pass on, give, or publish any customer details of any nature which are held by us,
unless legally obliged to do so.
27. Electrical/Electronic Works. Use a qualified auto electrician. 4x4 do not carry out any electrical
works.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you stock all the items you list?
Yes, we hold huge stocks in our own warehouses, and have shipments of new stock arriving daily.
There may be times when demand outstrips supply of a certain product, but this is a rare occurrence.

Can I have my purchases fitted?
Yes we offer a very competitive fitting service at our Leeming Bar premises, in fact fitting is free on most truck tops.
