Lot 1   All that Farmhouse and Buildings with the Cottage adjoining, situate at Ingbirchworth.

Lot 2   All those 3 Cottages, Outbuildings and gardens thereto, situate at Ingbirchworth aforesaid.

Lot 3   All those 7 Cottages, situate at Rompticle, Thurgoland.

Lot 4   All those 4 Cottages and Premises, situate at Spring Grove, Thurgoland.

Lot 5   All those 4 other Cottages and Premises adjoining or near to Lot 4.

Lot 5   All those 2 other Cottages and Premises adjoining or near to Lot 5.

 

This original large-sized poster has come from the offices of Dransfield & Hodgkinson, Solicitors - Penistone & Barnsley.
(Poster will be dispatched rolled up in a postal tube to avoid further creasing)

Condition: Fair - it is a bit crumpled and tatty on the right edge and there are one or two small holes along the folds.

General Condition Notes: The posters have all been stored folded and the paper can be a bit old and fragile especially along the folds. In some cases I have made small repairs to the reverse (using neutral PH tape).

Size: Poster measures 39" x 30" (1m x 76cm)
