Paypal (preferred), uncrossed postal orders and personal cheques. Payment to be made within 7 days
International buyers
Paypal only please. Payments to be made within 7 days. Please also contact me for postage costs before placing a bid
I don’t bite if there’s a problem making payment let me know. Communication is always best. If payment is not received or I don’t hear from you I reserve the right to re-list the item and report non – payment to e-bay.
Delivery times
I usually post the following day after payment is received (my listings usually end later on in the day with working full time). I can’t be held responsible for the delays in the postal service over and above this and I should only be rated on the aspects of delivery that I can control. I take customer service very seriously and I’m trying to build up a reputation so please remember this when leaving detailed seller ratings for me.
Postage and packaging (P&P)
Postage - is the cost of postage, (all my items are weighed and as accurate as can get them)
Packaging – is for the envelope or box, labelling, sealing and any other packaging of the items. I charge a small amount of 50p (20p DVD's/CD's) for packaging, usually the packaging exceeds these charges which I subsidise, please remember this when leaving details seller ratings.
I don't charge for my time.
I will combine postage for multiple items
I don't make anything from postage, if in the unlikely event I charge too much I will refund the difference
If you would like recorded delivery on your item the cost is an additional 70p, just message me soon after the auction has ended/you buy the item to let me know

Refunds
I try to give as accurate a description as I can but I'm not quite perfect (!) so if I make a mistake in the listing or the item is found to be faulty, I will give a refund following the return of the item, within 7 days. I'm afraid I can't do this if you just change your mind. I always get proof of posting when sending an item out. I cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged in the post or for the failings of the postal system. Thank you for understanding this. However, should an item go missing in the post, please communicate with me, as I hold proof of posting.
Feedback
Tell me about problems first by e-bay messaging service if you're not happy with anything so I get a chance to sort it out for you. There's nothing worse for sellers than receiving neutral or negative feedback when they didn't know about the problem beforehand!
