Payment Methods

I accept the following methods of payments:

Paypal
Cheques (please allow 5-6 days for clearance)
Postal Orders
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS – PAYPAL ONLY PLEASE

Posting

All items are posted within 48 hours of clearance of payment.

On all items I am happy to combine postage costs on multiple items that are purchased on the same day. Please allow me to invoice you before you pay for multiple items.

All items are sent first class unless otherwise stated. Other postal services are available upon request.

Payment Terms

Payments must be received within 7 days. If payment has not been received, the item will be re-listed, selling fees reclaimed, and appropriate feedback will be left.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds & Returns are reviewed on an individual basis

Loss/Damages

Insurance is optional however lost/damaged items cannot be replaced or refunded if insurance is not taken at time of purchase unless Royal Mail agree to refund.

I will always have a certificate of posting and this will be made available to you if you should need to make a claim for a lost or damaged item from Royal Mail, however Royal Mail have rules

UK - A package is not declared lost until after 15 working days (3 weeks)

International - A package is not declared lost until after 30 working days (1 Month)
