PLEASE READ THESE TERMS BEFORE BIDDING OR BUYING.
1. Your order will be despatched within 2 days of payment clearance. If paid with cheque/postal order or bank transfer delays may occur in processing your order.
2. Please! Under no circumstances leave any bad feedback until emailing or contacting us first. We are available 6 days a week to respond to emails and 5 days a week via our telephone service 01274 865000.
3. We are always understanding with people’s comments and queries. We will endeavour to sort the problem out within the week of it arising, or we ALWAYS refund if this is not possible.
4. All laptop parts are pulls (second hand) unless stated, and plastics are checked for quality before listing. They may not be in perfect condition but will not have any major scratches etc. all parts come with 7 days warranty.
5. All our working laptops come with 30 days warranty for peace of mind. This covers any hardware failure within 30 days of you receiving the laptop and you contacting us with the fault. Hardware faults may include laptop being dead; faulty HDD and others. This does not include cosmetic damage: drops or smashed screens.
6. If you receive the laptop and are not happy in anyway you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. If this contact is made and we agree to you returning the product to ourselves, then we will refund your postage costs for this.
If contact is made after 48 hours the warranty is Return To Base (RTB) which means any return postage costs are to be paid by yourselves.
7. If you have 0 feedback or less than 97% good feedback you must contact us via email **before** attempting to purchase or bid on any of our items. If so your bids may be cancelled or the item may be relisted within 24 hours or offered to next highest bidder instantly.
8. We try and describe our products to the best of our ability. Our condition descriptions may be different in your opinion. If you receive an item which is not to your satisfaction please email us **before** sending back product or leaving bad feedback.
9. If ordering a laptop part, please make sure it’s the correct part before ordering. We are NOT responsible for incompatible parts, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure it’s the exact part and the item can’t be returned without incurring a 20% re stocking fee. This covers our costs for listing, posting etc.
10. We are not a one stop testing station, if the part you ordered does not repair your laptop as it’s a different fault or there is something else wrong as a result, then the item can’t be returned without incurring a 20% re stocking fee. This covers our costs for listing, posting etc.
11. Please read our feedback and reflect on the fact that we are not out to rip anybody off. Every company gets complaints; its just EBAY lets you view them!!! Some buyers hold you to ransom, and use it as a weapon. Take each order by its merit.
12. THINK!!! Before making a Paypal claim make sure you email us before doing so. Paypal can make the return of your money a lot longer than if agreed between ourselves. We take any query seriously and refund money under most circumstances.
13. ATTENTION!!! LAPTOP SALES:- The couriers we use are well known high standard companies. We always pack items well. We strongly advise you to open and check the item in front of the driver in case of damage. It takes a few seconds. Do not hesitate this because it is part of his job to make sure the item is not damaged. When checking in front of the driver, if damaged please refuse to take the item and this will make your refund case stronger in our point of view. PLEASE DO NOT CLAIM WITH PAYPAL if refused with driver; once item is returned back to us it will be checked/tested and refunded immediately. Going through Paypal is a last resort in any transaction where the Seller refuses to refund. It also delays your refund by days.
